📜 BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Chittari Goudugula Vishnu Kumar is a UK‑registered Naturopath, Corporate Wellness Strategist, and published researcher. His career spans three phases: entrepreneurial operations (2000-2006), clinical yoga therapy & teaching (2007-2019), and doctoral research & corporate wellness strategy (2020–present). This arc — from P&L management to peer‑reviewed research — gives him uncommon fluency in both boardroom ROI and clinical outcomes.

He holds a PhD in Yoga & Wellness (awarded April 2024) for original clinical research on yoga and Ayurvedic dietary interventions for Type II diabetes, resulting in three peer‑reviewed publications. His research spans exercise physiology, the endocannabinoid system, neuromodulation, consumer behaviour, anxiety disorders, and integrative health.

Signature Framework – The Wellness Brain: Dr. Vishnu Kumar’s work integrates three domains – (1) neuromodulation & consumer decision‑making (Cambridge/Stanford), (2) the endocannabinoid system & metabolic health, and (3) ROI‑validated corporate wellness delivery.

He applies clinical neuroscience to employee engagement and health behaviour change.

He has delivered measurable wellness programmes to 310+ Tata Consultancy Services employees (75% rated 5/5), secured formal work orders for large‑scale campus programmes (418 students), and holds executive certificates from Stanford (AI in Healthcare), Wharton (Healthcare Business), Cambridge (Decision Making), and Geneva (Precision Medicine).
