Through this workshop, we will understand the importance of Tridosha, our body imbalance, and the methods to heal it. Dosha analysis of a person is considered therapeutic. Ayurvedic healing methods emphasize the importance of food, dietary supplements, and herbal remedies as therapeutic methods. Essential oils, aromatic oils and herbal supplements serve as effective nutritional supplements for common elements in ayurvedic therapy.
Ayurvedic therapy for Vata Dosha – 3rd July Sunday 10 am -1 pm
The Vata dosha governs the natural functions of the body, including breathing, blinking, tissue and muscle movement, heartbeats, transmission of nerve impulses, and all movements that occur within cells and within cell walls. In a balanced state, Vata encourages creativity and flexibility. However, when Vata is unbalanced, it causes fear and anxiety.
